Comprehensive interior design project

Interior design project from concept development to visualization, material selection, and finally – investor supervision.

How does it proceed step by step?

1. The investor fills out an initial questionnaire.
2. Meeting and discussion about expectations and the project.
3. Site visit and measurements or work based on architectural documentation (if the house is not yet fully completed).
4. Conceptual design – at least 2 interior design 2D projects.
5. Preliminary cost estimate based on the conceptual design.
6. Realistic visualizations, furniture proposals, lighting, colors, materials.
7. Execution documentation – based on it, the project will be created.
8. Author’s supervision over the project.

Interior design project from the developer's state

Here’s how it progresses step by step:

1. The investor fills out a questionnaire.
2. Meeting and discussion about expectations and the project.
3. Site visit and measurements or work based on architectural documentation (if the house is not yet fully completed).
4. Assistance in selecting elements from the developer’s standard.
5. Conceptual design – at least 1 interior design 2D project.
6. Preliminary cost estimate based on the conceptual design.
7. Realistic visualizations, furniture proposals, lighting, colors, materials for areas such as the living room, terrace, or bedrooms.
8. Execution documentation – based on it, the project will be created.
