We start by determining the square footage and layout of the premises based on the specific needs of the medical practice, including the number of employed doctors, the number of examination rooms, the volume of patients served, and the budget for renting or purchasing the premises. Based on these guidelines, we begin the search for premises that meet the specified criteria

We prepare functional plans for given spaces to assess which of the proposed layouts best meets specific requirements and expectations

Conceptual Design:
The conceptual design is based on the local vision and measurements taken. If the space doesn’t have plaster yet, the project is based on architectural documentation. During the meeting, we thoroughly discuss all expectations. We analyze the completed questionnaire, which includes questions about the functions and equipment of all planned rooms. We present at least two conceptual interior designs in 2D layouts. We discuss all the details presented in the layouts, provide detailed descriptions of each solution, and collectively choose the final layout. At this stage, we begin discussing the cost estimate.
3D Interior Visualizations:
We present realistic visualizations and discuss the materials proposed by us. This stage allows us to precisely imagine how the designed interior will ultimately look. We choose specific furniture, lighting, colors, and finishing materials. Already at the project stage, we consider the atmosphere that should prevail in the interior. Thoughtfully chosen solutions, visible for the first time on the visualization, aid in creating this atmosphere.
Execution Documentation and Material Selection:
At this stage, detailed drawing documentation is created, which serves as the basis for the interior’s realization by all contractors. During meetings, we thoroughly discuss each room. We establish all the details, such as the way furniture opens, the internal equipment of each wardrobe, etc. We describe all the materials used, list them in a specification, calculate the quantities needed to realize the project, and estimate their costs with our suppliers.

Agreements on sanitary projects with experts in sanitary-epidemiological matters (Sanitary-Epidemiological Station), fire protection (Fire Protection Department), and occupational health and safety (Occupational Health and Safety) are a crucial part of the project. Thanks to this, we ensure compliance of our projects with all standards and regulations, guaranteeing the safety and functionality of the medical spaces we design.
