Interior design project from concept development to visualization, material selection, and finally – investor supervision.

How does it proceed step by step?

1. The investor fills out an initial questionnaire.
2. Meeting and discussion about expectations and the project.
3. Site visit and measurements or work based on architectural documentation (if the house is not yet fully completed).
4. Conceptual design – at least 2 interior design 2D projects.
5. Preliminary cost estimate based on the conceptual design.
6. Realistic visualizations, furniture proposals, lighting, colors, materials.
7. Execution documentation – based on it, the project will be created.
8. Author’s supervision over the project.

After completing the design process and selecting materials, we present a schedule for implementation. All cost estimates are prepared by contractors we have been working with for years. The combination of the architect’s knowledge of material properties and quality, along with the practical insight of our team, allows us to select the perfect materials from the most trusted suppliers. We personally place orders for all finishing elements and equipment so that they arrive at the project site at the right time. Throughout the implementation process, we maintain constant communication with all teams. We check the quality of workmanship and adherence to deadlines on behalf of the investor.

Tenant alterations are a crucial moment in the design process, allowing us to create an optimal interior layout. At this stage, we develop a functional plan, electrical layout, plumbing layout, and wall plan, enabling us to anticipate all needs in advance and reduce costs in the future.
